Warranty Coverage
Standard Stock Items
Duration: All standard stock items are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Custom Designed and Manufactured Items
Duration: All custom designed and built items are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service specific to the custom specifications provided.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or deviations from the provided custom specifications.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Initiate a Claim: Contact our Customer Service team at sales@ramko.co.uk or 02887746253 to report the issue and initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your order number, a description of
the defect, and any relevant photos or documentation.
2. Evaluation: Our technical team will evaluate the claim and determine whether the defect is covered under warranty.
3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective product, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or issue a refund.
Additional Terms
Shipping Costs: For approved warranty claims, Ramko Hydraulics Ltd. will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement or repaired item back to the customer. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective item to us for evaluation.
Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or loss of revenue.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to validate any warranty claim.
