Refunds & Returns Policy

At Ramko Hydraulics Ltd. we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility
– Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
– Items must be in new, unused condition.
– A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Custom or special-order products.
– Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.

Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at sales@ramko.co.uk 02887746253 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely, including all parts and accessories. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the Item: Send the return to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds and Fees
– Refund Amount: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 15% administrative fee.
– Inspection Period:Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
– Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs for these items.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (subject to the 15% administrative fee) and place a new order for the desired item.
