For hand carriable items, we utilize the services of DHL, TNT, and Fastway to ensure fast and reliable delivery. For larger items requiring pallet shipment, we provide specialized pallet delivery services. 

 

 

Hand Carriable Items (parcels under 25kg)

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland: Next Day Delivery

Great Britain (GB):

Standard Delivery: 48 hours

Next Day Delivery: Available on request

 

Large Items (Pallet Delivery)

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland: 24-48 hours

Great Britain (GB): 48 hours (some areas may take longer)

 

 

Delivery prices are based on the size of the parcel and the delivery location. The specific cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

 

 

Order Processing: Orders placed before 12.30 PM (local time) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12.30 PM will be processed the next business day.

 

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the respective courier’s website.

Next Day Delivery Requests: For next day delivery requests within GB, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@ramko.co.uk or 02887746253 before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional charges.
